Loan Specialist – Banking & Financial Services (Onsite)Qualfon is hiring Loan Specialists to support customers with their banking and consumer loan needs. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, assist with account maintenance, and provide excellent customer service for existing banking members. This is a high-volume call center role ideal for candidates with customer service, banking, or financial services experience.Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls related to consumer loans and banking accountsAssist with checking, savings, CDs, and credit card inquiriesHelp customers recover online banking credentialsProcess account updates, balance transfers, and authorized user requestsHandle fraud-related and payment authorization questionsDocument interactions accurately and follow banking regulationsDeliver professional, empathetic customer service on every callQualifications:1+ year customer service experience (banking, financial services, fraud, insurance, or call center preferred)Strong verbal communication and basic computer skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced call center environmentReliable attendance and stable work historyComfortable working onsite in Highland ParkHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWho We Are:Qualfon is a global provider of omnichannel customer experience and business support solutions.
