Job description
Soteria Market is transforming the secondary market for private credit and distressed assets. We help banks and other lenders unlock liquidity by selling loans and distressed assets quickly and discreetly to pre‑vetted best‑fit buyers.
We are looking for an experienced Loan Trading Broker with a proven track record in sourcing and trading private debt—specifically bank notes, distressed debt, and illiquid credit assets. If you’re tech‑savvy, energized, and ready to be part of an innovative team redefining the industry, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Source, structure, and execute trades for private credit assets (not bonds or other securities)
Leverage your network to expand deal flow and drive liquidity on our platform
Collaborate with banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms to identify trading opportunities
Work closely with our tech and analytics teams to enhance market intelligence and transaction efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in loan trading, with deep industry relationships
Proven track record in recent years of sourcing deal flow in private credit markets
Strong understanding of private debt markets, including distressed and illiquid loans
Tech‑savvy with a passion for leveraging data‑driven insights
A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to transform how the industry operates
