Lobby Services Associate (Rotating Shifts)The Lobby Services Associate position at Endeavor Health coordinates the flow of patients, guests, and visitors by providing accurate information, problem-solving matters in the moment, and responding to a variety of needs. All of which requires high-quality customer service and a professional approach.Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston Illinois 60201JOB TYPE: Full-TimeSHIFT: Rotating Shift (Schedule), Must be available to work rotating weekends and holidaysCOMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $18.50. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.Job Responsibilities:Schedules and assigns daily work assignments of the guest services team and oversees completion of tasksTrains and guides guest service staff on job duties, customer service, systems, and proceduresGreet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needsResponsible for performing service recovery to patients/customers who have received unsatisfactory serviceBook reservations and coordinate registrationOperate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactionsAnswers phone calls and emails and deliver messages as neededMaintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Reconciles disputed guest chargesParticipates in Quality Assurance Programs and reviews to address areas in need of improvementQualifications:Supervisory experience in a related role preferredPrevious guest services experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsDemonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrates organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detailThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
