Job Description\ NAs a Local Yard Driver with Lazer Logistics, you will stay in one location for your entire shift. No traffic, no long routes, and no multiple stops. Instead, you focus on moving trailers within the yard in a safe, controlled environment.

\ N Home daily with aconsistent schedule
\ N Limited road driving orhighway traffic
\ N No touch freight
No customer deliveries or multi-stop routes
\ N Steady, repeatable workin one location
\ N Predictable hours and reliable pay
\ N Pay and Benefits
\ N $24.50 per hour starting pay
\ N $1.00 shift differential (dependent on schedule)
\ N Overtime available after 40 hours
\ N Weekly pay

\ N Move trailers within the yard and between dock doors
\ N Perform drop and hook operations
\ N Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
\ N Follow all safety procedures and company policies
\ N Communicate with dispatch and yard personnel
\ N Maintainaccuratelogs and documentation
\ N Requirements
\ N Valid Class A CDL
\ N Current DOT Medical Card
\ N Safe driving record
\ N Experience operating tractor-trailers
\ N Ability to work in all weather conditions
\ N Ability to get in and out of the truck throughout the shift
