Top Pay & Benefits:
* Local CDL-A Yard Driver: start at $23 per hour
* Local Non-CDL Yard Driver: start at $22 per hour
* Overtime available after 40 hours
* Shift differential pay: $1-$3 per hour - dependent on schedule
* Weekly pay
* Referral bonus up to $2,000

Job Responsibilities:
* Move trailers within the yard and between dock doors
* Perform drop and hook operations
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies
* Communicate with dispatch and yard personnel
* Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Requirements:
* Valid Class A CDL & current DOT Medical Card - Local CDL-A Drivers only
* Safe driving record
* Experience operating tractor-trailers
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
* Ability to get in and out of the truck throughout the shift
