TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Driver to support local delivery operations based in Jessup, MD .
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL-A Driver Details:
Location: Jessup, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Route Type: Local delivery
Freight / Load Type: Paper and cleaning supplies
Equipment: Tractor-Trailer
Handling: Touch freight; pallet jack used for deliveries
CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:
License: Valid CDL-A
Experience: 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable commercial driving experience
Ability to safely handle freight and operate a pallet jack
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:
Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on assigned delivery routes
Deliver paper products and cleaning supplies to customers
Load and unload freight using a pallet jack as needed
Secure cargo properly and ensure products are delivered safely
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch
Follow all company, DOT, and FMCSA safety requirements
