About the Position
TransForce is seeking a dependable Local CDL A Truck Driver for a local delivery position in Avenel, New Jersey. This opportunity offers hourly pay and light-touch freight handling.
Pay & Schedule Details
Pay: $27 per hour plus OT after 40Estimated weekly gross: $1,200Schedule: Mon-Fri 11 am to 8 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm. 45-50 hours per week
Job Details
Route type: Local delivery. PA deliveries and pickups.Freight handling: Light to no touch.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a CDL Class A vehicle safely and professionally.Complete local delivery routes in a timely manner.Handle freight using light-touch procedures.Follow all applicable transportation regulations and safety standards.Maintain reliable communication and professional service throughout each delivery.
Minimum Requirements
CDL Class A license.1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.Consistent work historyClean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
