Open Interview Details:
Dates & Times: Thursday, | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Friday, | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Location: 2600 South 25th Ave, Suite U, 2nd Floor, Broadview, IL 60155
Pay and Benefits: Start at $23.00 per hour
Shift differential pay of $1.00 per hour
Overtime available after 40 hours
Weekly pay & benefit options

Job Responsibilities: As a Local Yard Driver with Lazer Logistics, you will stay in one location for your entire shift. No traffic, no long routes, and no multiple stops. Instead, you focus on moving trailers within the yard in a safe, controlled environment.
Move trailers within the yard and between dock doors
Perform drop and hook operations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate with dispatch and yard personnel
Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Requirements: Valid Class A CDL
Current DOT Medical Card
Safe driving record
Experience operating tractor-trailers
Ability to handle long hours of work & work in all weather conditions
Ability to get in and out of the truck throughout the shift
Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
