Practice Highlights
Work in a highly complex Level I Trauma environment
Broad case mix including:Neuro
Orthopedics
Trauma
General Surgery
GYN
Endoscopy
Pediatrics
No cardiac and no OB cases
Medical direction model
Epic EMR
Locum CRNAs are integrated into the permanent clinical team
New wing attached to the Roanoke facility will create additional staffing needs
Strong emphasis on continuity of care and long-term provider relationships
Compensation & Benefits
$190–$200/hr
40 hours/week guaranteed
Travel covered, including airfare, lodging, and rental car
Long-term contract with extension opportunities
Requirements
Board Certified CRNA
Active Virginia license; compact license accepted
Level I Trauma experience required
Full-time availability required
Must be available to work Fridays
Must be able to provide continuous coverage; 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off schedules are not being considered
Carilion-specific skills checklist required
Strong experience with complex surgical cases preferred
Ability to work 8- or 10-hour shifts
