Job description
Travel Certified Nursing AssistantTravel Certified Nursing Assistant assignment in Morgan, Minnesota. Provides compassionate patient care with guaranteed 40 hours per week, consistent 5x8 Day/PM shifts, and up to $33/hour.Key Responsibilities:Deliver compassionate, direct patient care under nursing staff direction.Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Help patients with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nurses or other staff.Obtain and record vital signs and other patient information as assigned.Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration when required.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-care standards.Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and team members.Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.Perform other CNA duties within the scope of certification and facility requirements.Qualifications:Current CNA certification required.Valid Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Certified Nurse Aide credentials in good standing.Must be able to work 5x8-hour Day/PM shifts.Must be available to work every other weekend.Must commit to a 40-hour workweek.Must live within approximately one hour of the facility.Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and patient-care skills.Preferred Skills:Previous healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred.Benefits:Up to $33/hour.All hours paid at $33/hour.40 guaranteed hours per week.Consistent 5x8 Day/PM schedule.Every-other-weekend rotation.No overtime dependency.Opportunity to gain additional healthcare experience in Minnesota.Work in a community-based healthcare setting while enjoying the benefits of a travel assignment.
