Certified Nursing Assistant Travel AssignmentProvide compassionate, hands-on care as a Certified Nursing Assistant on a travel assignment in Morgan, Minnesota. The role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, competitive pay up to $33 per hour, and a consistent 5x8 day/pm schedule. You will support nursing staff with daily patient care and maintain a safe environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, direct patient care under nursing staff directionAssist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityHelp patients with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as neededMonitor and report changes in patient condition to nurses or appropriate staffObtain and record vital signs and other patient information as assignedAssist with meals, feeding, and hydration when requiredMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patientsFollow facility policies, procedures, and patient-care standardsCommunicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and team membersProtect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all timesPerform other CNA duties within certification scope and facility requirementsQualifications:Current CNA certification in good standingAbility to work 5x8-hour day/pm shiftsAvailability to work every other weekendCommitment to a 40-hour workweekResidence within approximately one hour of the facilityDemonstrated strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and patient-care skillsPreferred Skills:Previous healthcare or long-term care experienceBenefits:Up to $33 per hourAll hours paid at $33 per hour40 guaranteed hours per weekConsistent 5x8 day/pm scheduleEvery-other-weekend rotationNo overtime dependencyOpportunity to gain additional healthcare experience in MinnesotaWork in a community-based setting while enjoying the benefits of a travel assignment
