Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Southfield, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 9 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: MRI Technologist Job Summary: MRI technologists operate magnetic resonance imaging scanners to create diagnostic images for physicians. They are responsible for maintaining imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and positioning patients optimally for imaging. Additionally, they collaborate closely with physicians by taking medical histories, keeping records, and adjusting the scanner as directed.
Required Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree in Applied Science • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography • Current BLS certification Preferred Qualifications: • Two (2) years of experience as a Technologist in Imaging Services Integrated Healthcare Services Job ID L- .
