2 Years of Home Health nursing experience.
Start of Care (SOC) experience.
Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Ability to manage home health visits independently.
Ability to meet the required schedule and weekly productivity expectations.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
