Position Summary
RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Occupational Therapists (OTs) for positions throughout all islands of Hawaii. This role involves providing occupational therapy evaluations, treatment services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment.
Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift
Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedulen
Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities availablen
Contract length: ASAP – May 27, 2027n
Key Duties
Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services to studentsn
Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plansn
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, coordination, and daily living skillsn
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progressn
Complete IEP documentation and required progress reportsn
Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student needs and progress.n
Requirements
Education
Required: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited program
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred: Active Occupational Therapist license and registration in the state of Hawaii
Skills
Strong knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment practicesn
Experience with fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and functional skillsn
Knowledge of school-based OT services and IEP processesn
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsn
Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentationn
Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plansn
