Local Pay Package
$50/hr

Overview
Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Travel throughout assigned territory providing patient care in the home setting.
Assist patients with mobility, gait training, balance training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and rehabilitation programs.
Excellent opportunity for experienced Home Health PTAs.
Additional Details
Coverage Area: Schuylkill County
May assist in additional territories within approximately 60 miles
Home visits throughout assigned territory
Homecare Homebase documentation required
Requirements Active PTA License required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Home Health experience required Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required Must have recent HCHB experience within the last 3 years Minimum 6 months Home Health experience within the last 2 years PRN experience does not count License must be in hand No license disciplinary actions ❤ BLS/CPR required if applicable Computer proficiency required Must be comfortable traveling throughout assigned territory Amergis ID:
