Job description
Victoria Television Group is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive revenue growth across our television and digital assets. You will lead a motivated sales team, build strong local partnerships, and craft integrated campaigns blending traditional broadcast with modern digital solutions.
You will recruit, coach and manage staff, forecast performance, and collaborate with Phase 3 Digital to deliver measurable client outcomes, while maintaining robust CRM discipline and a client-first approach.
