Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Acute Care

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
Assist with patient mobility, including safe transfer techniques and ambulation.
Prepare rooms for admissions and assist with patient transport.
Collect specimens as directed by nursing staff.
Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
Assist with medical procedures and treatments under nurse supervision.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
