Job description
Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Local RN - Home Health - Mobile
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs/week
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks.
Requirements:
MA License
1 Year Certified Home Care experience
1 Year Case Management experience
Experience in hospice, private care, or working as a Case Manager on its own does not meet the qualifications for Certified Home Health Care Management experience. Only roles specifically within a certified home health agency will be considered relevant for the 1-year requirement
BLS

Ability to travel to cases as assigned
