G&D Integrated is hiring Non-CDL & CDL local shuttle drivers in Bloomington/Normal, IL that will be home daily! Drivers will be primarily shuttling trailers within 10 miles of customer location & also jockeying trailers within the customer's yard. Your starting rate reflects your driving history.* Non-CDL hourly pay range: $19 - $21* CDL hourly pay range: $26 - $29* Average weekly hours: 50+* Overtime pay after 50 hours* Additional $2 per hour shift differential pay if working the off shift* Bonuses:* $2,000 Off shift sign on bonus for off shift drivers paid in installments over 6 months* $2,000 Driver referral bonus: Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed* $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers* Paid via direct deposit weeklyBenefits & Perks* Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed:* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Company paid life insurance* Company paid short term disability insurance* 401K with 100% company match of first 3%, 50% match of next 2%* Contribute immediately, match starts at 6 months* 9 Paid Company Holidays* Paid Time Off* 40 hours starting immediately, 9 days after 1 year* Paid orientation* Boot reimbursement programHome Time, Route, & Schedule* Home Time: Home daily & home weekends!* Schedule: Monday - Friday* Occasional weekend work based off customer demand* Shift: Multiple shifts available* Route: Shuttling trailers within 10 miles of customer location in Normal, IL & jockeying trailers within the customer's yard.* Level of Touch: No touch freightEquipment* 2023 & Newer Freightliner trucks* 2-3 year replacement cycle* Yard jockey trucks* All trucks are automatic transmission* ELD equipped with Samsara system* Forward facing cameraQualifications* Must be at least 23 years of age* Some driving experience preferred* No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months* No more than two or more preventable/at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle* No more than one DOT preventable/at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV* No DUI/DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years* No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months* No failures or refusals of drug/alcohol tests* Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations* Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen* Drivers must be able & willing to commute daily to Bloomington/Normal, IL G&D Integrated has a rich history that dates to the early 1880's, when freight was being delivered with horse-drawn wagons. Today, G&D Integrated provides domestic transportation, contract logistics and supply chain services throughout a wide range of organizations in a rich variety of industries.
