Job Description:
J.B. Hunt is hiring local CDL-A last mile drivers! Become a J.B. Hunt Final Mile Services driver and start enjoying the stability and consistency of one of the country's premier last mile delivery providers.
This position is an activity-based pay plan* that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Job Details:
Rate per mile: $0.69 - $0.83 per mile
Hand unload per pallet: $53.61 - $56.81
Stop Pay: $38.29 - $40.56 per stop
Yard Work: $25.00 - $28.58 per hour
Safety training per hour: $20
Holiday pay: $200 per day
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $92,000

Factors which may affect starting pay include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
