Role Description
We are seeking a Regional Locate Manager to spearhead our underground utility department across Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. You will build the department’s structure from the ground up, establishing high-efficiency workflows and protocols. The primary focus is coordinating all HDD locates to ensure zero business downtime during drilling operations.
Qualifications
Extensive HDD locating experience with a mandatory background in Illinois utility regulations.
Proven ability to design process workflows.
Strong leadership to scale regional operations.
