Lockbox Capture ProcessorPhoenix, AZ, United StatesAbout the JobLockbox Capture Processor needs 1+ years experienceLockbox Capture Processor requires:Covers Sunday - Friday, alternating shifts.Start time is 6AM until work is finished daily.Looking for a 30-hour position.Must be able to work weekends and some holidaysExtremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsEnergetic with strong willingness to learnAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingA sense of teamwork while working independentlyAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven production environmentExperience with 10-key helpfulIntermediate computer skills and knowledge of basic Microsoft applicationsAbility to lift mail trays (up to 35 pounds) as neededAbility to sit at a desk/computer, stand, and walk for long periodsGeneral knowledge of banking helpfulExperience in Remittance Processing and Document Scanning & Imaging preferredRequires non-traditional shifts, and will require some holiday shifts and additional days/hours during peak payment volumes times, typically quarterly, but may also occur monthlyLockbox Capture Processor DutiesFollow standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processingVerify transactions to ensure payments are properly processedContribute to meet team goals in addition to individual responsibilities Flexibility and willingness to cross-train and learn all job functions in Remittance Processing; Making decisions regarding routine duties and referring non-routine situations to a supervisor or manager; Recommending procedural and workflow changes to enhance quality and productivity; Following established security procedures for the company, department, and building.Or refer someone
