Yes Patients Per Shift: 1-3 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60-90 days CA licensed, CA Fluoroscopy license, CA DEA, clean medical malpractice history. Board Certified in Cardiothoracic, Cardiovascular or Thoracic Surgery. Will need to fill 2 surgery positions, one primary surgeon (Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic surgery) and one back up surgeon (Cardiovascular, Cardiothoracic, or Thoracic surgery)
