Locums Opportunity
Start Date:
Reason for Coverage: Vacancy- Long-Term Permanent Search

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
Minimum Board Certification: Certified
What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in AL or IMLC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 DAYS
Monday through Friday, in house coverage, 7a-5pm.
Weekend coverage Friday from 5p until Monday 7a
(Weekend coverage most likely will not be needed every weekend).
Coverage dates needed:
November- 25th, 26th, 27th, and 29th
December- 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th
December 30th-January- 3rd
Provider will be credentialed at all 3 sites
It is the expectation for locums to hold TAVR privileges
