Qualifications
Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
Fellowship: Required
Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
Physician must have a WI license & DEA, or be willing to obtain a WI Act 10 temporary license and transfer an out-of-state DEA to WI.
Working Hours
In need of call coverage Jan. 11-29, Feb. 5-22, Mar. 4-7, April 2-18 and April 29 forward. Will need locum with a WI license and DEA to fill Jan. dates due to credentialing.
How are the shifts structured? 24/7 call coverage, 7am-7am.
