Job description
Position: Locums - Nurse Practitioner: Cardiology
Job Title: Cardiac Rehab Coordinator
Outpatient Rehab Clinic
No hospital bedside care or procedures. No cath lab
NP Cardiac Rehab Background. Experience in Outpatient setting
18 week assignment. Start date of August 3rd, 2026 to allow for orientation/training with current NP
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. 1 Hour break. 4:30 see last patient
Highest volume of patients will be M-W-Th (16 patients/day) and new patient intakes on Tu & Fr (2 to 4)
