Palm Health Resources is hiring 2 Cardiothoracic APP locum providers to cover CT Surgery shifts In Fond du Lac, WI!ÂStarting Date ASAP! Palm Health covers your mal practice insurance, paid housing, rental car and mileage!ÂDuration of contract ongoing at least 2 weeks per month but varies!ÂThis is a full continuum of care position with OR/ICU responsibilities.ÂNumber of shifts needed per month? Two Thursday/Friday/Sat/Sun per monthÂ(Specific requests listed below)Daily schedule?ÂWeekday/8hr shift,ÂSaturday/ 4hr roundingIs call required/part of schedule?
