Able to cover July 21-25 - REQUIRED
Active IA License - REQUIRED (willing to accept Compact license or willing to obtain)
BLS, ACLS & PALS - REQUIRED
Adult & Peds experience - REQUIRED (Healthy and Sick PEDS)
Must upload a copy of Driver's License with Presentation - REQUIRED
Must be comfortab
