About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts with call coverage, operating under a fully autonomous practice model. The surgical case mix is broad, and clinicians will manage general anesthesia cases across diverse surgical specialties. Clinicians who complete call shifts receive a post-call day off, supporting a predictable and balanced weekly schedule. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
