About the Position We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 120-day assignment with our client in Michigan. This role features a flexible schedule of either 5x8s or 4x10s, complemented by call responsibilities including one weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per week. The position involves a diverse range of duties, primarily focusing on outpatient surgical and endoscopic procedures, along with supporting OB cases like labor epidurals and C-sections, and various bread and butter cases across specialties such as ortho, endo, gen surg, urology, and ENT. Responsibilities and Duties
Perform mostly outpatient procedures, including surgical or endoscopic cases. Manage OB cases, specifically labor epidurals and C-sections with spinal anesthesia. Handle bread and butter cases across specialties such as orthopedics, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, and ENT. Utilize nerve block experience if applicable, although it is not mandatory. EMR: Epic Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Setting: 15% Inpatient, 85% Outpatient Call Schedule: Weekend call one weekend per month; weekday call 1-2 days per week. LOA: 120 Days Benefits
