Palm Health Resources is seeking an experienced Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a well-supported community hospital in Columbia, South Carolina . This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, a broad bread-and-butter case mix, and a collaborative anesthesia care team in one of South Carolina's fastest-growing metro areas.

Assignment OverviewStart: Fall 2026 (13-week contract with extension potential)
Schedule: MondayFriday
Hours: 7:00 AM5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Call: None
Community hospital with an on-campus outpatient surgery center
7 operating rooms + 1 endoscopy suite
Approximately 30+ cases per day
Epic EMR
Medical Direction (ACT) model 4:1 supervision
Clinical ScopeProvide anesthesia care for adolescents and adults across a diverse surgical service line.

GI Endoscopy
MRI
CV/TEE procedures
Required Skills
General anesthesia
Spine cases
Ventilation management
Evaluation and management of acute hemodynamic/volume issues
Arterial line placement
RequirementsNBCRNA Certified
Active South Carolina CRNA license
Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA)
DEA
Epic experience preferred
Clean malpractice and background history
