As a Nurse Anesthetist, you will play a crucial role in administering anesthesia to patients undergoing medical procedures. Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia before, during, and after medical procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to create individualized anesthesia plans.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process.
Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program.
Current CRNA certification and state licensure.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different surgical specialties and procedures.
Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
Flexible Schedule: 12, 16, 18, and 24-hour shifts available
No call shifts required
Shifts available at multiple facilities
Case Volume: ~12 per day
Diverse caseload
1:3 or 1:4 supervision
EMR: Epic
Paid travel & expenses
