No Are temporary privileges available?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes Patients Per Shift: Variable Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in MI only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 days minimum Interventional Radiology: evaluate, diagnose, treat patients of all ages by percutaneous methods guided by various radiologic imaging modalities. Assess, stabilize & determine disposition of patient w/emergent conditions consistent with core privileges On call 14 hour
