Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum Emergency Medicine physician in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The position offers scheduled 12‑hour night shifts (19:00–07:00) with no call, and runs for 13 weeks starting 11/30/26.
Compensation is $260–$285 per hour, with travel and lodging coverage and full assignment support. The facility is an acute care hospital seeking a physician with ED experience, board certification, and an active Virginia medical license.
