Weatherby Healthcare offers locum tenens staffing support for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners across major networks, hospitals, and clinics. The role involves 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, with a typical workload of 8-20 patients per shift and 3-5 admissions per 24 hours.

The program provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and access to Weatherby consultants 24/7. Since 1995 Weatherby has staffed hundreds of locum tenens assignments nationwide.
