Start Date: End Date: Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 8-9 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 days Provider will be doing scopes only- 40 scopes per week/ 8-10 daily. Shift times are 7:40am-3:30pm. We do prefer that providers can offer at least one week a month.
FLURO is highly preferred in order for the provider to do endoscopies but we will consider candidates that do not have the FLURO.
