Yes Does Your Facility Require Physicians To Be Board Certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What Is The License Requirement To Bid?: Licensed In NC Only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 Days General Surgery- No Clinic Time Just Call And Possible Surgeries If Needed Open Dates: August 30 7a- Sept 3 7a Will There Be Any Acute Care Need? Yes Is There Trauma Involved? If So, What Level? Potential/ Not A Trauma Center Call Schedule 7a-7a Expected Amount Of Time In Hospital 2-4 Hours Per Day Of Rounding, And Remaining Hours On-Call With Call-Back Obligations. Patient Volume= 3-4 Consults/10 Pts. On Rounds Support Staff: Hosp. Staff Only Will They Be Solo Or Have Other Surgeons On Staff? Solo On Call Inpatient/Outpatient/Both: Inpatient EMR System: Paragon Area/Procedure: (Required/Preferred/Not Required) General Surgery Adult-Required Pediatric-Required Neonate-Not Required Trauma-Required Appendectomy-Yes Cholecystectomy-Yes Hernioplasty-Yes Chest Wall/Pleural Procedures-Yes Chest Tube Insertion-Yes Central Line Insertion-Yes* Vascular Access Devices Temporary Only Documentation Of Patient Contact Hours (Including Call Back Hours Included In The Rate And Charged Call Back Hours) Physicians Are Required To Provide Supporting Notes Listed On Their Timesheet Entries To Verify Call Back Hours (Patient Contact Hours) Submitted And Associated With The Acceptable Occurrences Mentioned Above.
