Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Hematology/Oncology
Join our dynamic outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice located in the charming city of Plymouth, Indiana. With a focus on providing exceptional care to adults and geriatric patients, this role includes coverage at both the Plymouth and Mishawaka campuses, ensuring a diverse and engaging work environment. The position requires infusion coverage and evening call for a new service line from March 2026 to March 2027, making it a unique opportunity for dedicated professionals in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Participation in a Tumor Board.
Management of Bone Marrow Transplants.
Order diagnostic tests and images.
Prescribe appropriate medications.
Manage VAD/CV Catheters.
Perform Bone Marrow Biopsies.
Qualifications:
Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology.
Active Indiana State License or IMLC with Letter of Qualification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Self-Query NPDB (to be pulled within the month).
Demonstrated competency in both Hematology and Oncology.
License and Certification Requirements:
Board Certification - REQUIRED.
Active Indiana State License or IMLC with LOQ in hand - REQUIRED.
BLS Certification - REQUIRED.
Conversion Fee of $25k - REQUIRED.
