Job description
Live Well Homecare is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital setting in Wisconsin. Shifts run 7a–7p with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule and census of 10–12 patients per shift.
The role requires valid Wisconsin medical licensure, ACLS, ATLS, and DEA certification, with credentialing typically taking 60–90 days. Travel, lodging, and transportation support are provided as part of the package.
