Job description
Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an outpatient primary care clinician for internal medicine, focusing on adult patients. The role handles 8-14 patients daily, with a Mon–Fri schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and no weekend or on-call duties.
Applicants must have hospital privileges and be comfortable in an outpatient setting. The position offers competitive hourly pay from $120.00 to $145.00, inclusive of base pay, overtime, and holiday pay, plus paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid
