Start Date: ASAP End Date: Coverage Type: Call Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Inpatient Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: No Admissions Required? Yes Are temporary privileges available?: No Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes Patients Per Shift: 10 - 15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Required Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in ID or IMLC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 - 90 Days Call starts at 0700 (MST) on Monday and ends the following Monday at (0700). You would be at the hospital for 9 hours for consultations, clinical rounding, urgent inpatient procedures and scheduled outpatient procedures with 15 hours of on-call coverage. 2024 Weeks needing Coverage: September 9-15, 2024 October 7-13, 2024 November 25- December 1, 2024 December 16, 2025-January 5, Call weeks are not determined at this point however we will need 10 weeks of coverage
