What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in IL or IMLC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60- 90
Friday 5pm - Monday at 8am.
Illinois license and No Malpractice required! We will not be able to ask for temp or emergency privileges without either one.
IMLC will be considered for future dates where no emergency privileges are required.
