Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 18 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 This is an immediate need so will only look at WA licensed candidates at this time. Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month. Scheduled week is variable Shifts are Thursday 7a – Wednesday 5p Night call expectations will vary ACLS and BLS are required
