Department: Oncology Start Date: End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Cerner Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 10-15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Certified Fellowship: Preferred What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in MI only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 90 days Dates: 2 weeks per month (consecutive preferred) Preferred schedule would be 8a-5p, Monday– Friday, occasional night and weekend call included in assignment
