No Patients Per Shift: 15-18 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: None Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): with clean record, 8 weeks, 90 days with issues ASAP start and at least a 6 month commitment, must be able to do at least 4 days per week.
