In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services to our clients in Paoli. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the well-being of patients and contributing to the success of our healthcare staffing solutions. You will be involved in a variety of projects, from covering medical leaves to supporting busy periods, all while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical services to patients in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department.
Conduct thorough examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Perform various procedures and surgeries as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Adhere to all relevant medical protocols, policies, and regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with medical advancements.
Requirements:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Valid state medical license to practice in Paoli.
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage, specific dates
Annual Volume: 110 births
Cases: C-sections
Team Structure: CRNA, 2 surgical team members
EMR: Cerner
Board certification required
Paid travel & expenses
