Job description
Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a neonatology locum tenens physician for Virginia Beach. The role features 24-hour in-house mornings and a 1:3 on-call ratio as the team expands, with about 10–13 patient census and Level III acuity.
The shift includes a neonatologist plus an NNP per rotation, with rounds led by the neonatologist and a focus on ventilation support. Procedures include umbilical lines, intubation, and occasional chest tubes.
