Board Certified - REQUIRED. Active OH license - REQUIRED; willing to accept IMLC. ACLS - REQUIRED. Practice Setting: Hospital. 100% Adult. 100% Inpatient. Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10-20+. Documentation System/EMR: Epic. Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: as soon as possible.
