Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 14-18 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in ID or IMLC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 days Fellowship: Preferred re-opening search, due to provider cancellation. Need 10-12 days a month coverage, 8 hour shifts. Also need sleep/sleep read services.
