Job description
BAS HealthCare is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct face-to-face home medical assessments for elderly Medicaid members in the Seneca Falls and Niagara Falls areas. This role involves conflict-free assessments and determining medical stability for community-based services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in assessments, possess a valid New York State license, and have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $80–$85 per hour.
